Welcome to Nua. I’m Mary. After 20 years in commercial leadership, I founded Nua to help organisations grow through their people. Because when leaders and teams perform well, businesses move faster, innovate more and deliver better results.
We’re intentionally small and highly experienced. You work directly with practitioners who’ve led teams, managed change and presented at a senior level. Everything is tailored to the people in the room and the context you’re operating in.
We care about development that makes a genuine difference, for individuals, teams and the organisations they belong to.

Mary Langan

Mary spent 20 years in commercial leadership then the past 15 years developing leaders and presenters. She blends business understanding with coaching and facilitation to help people grow in ways that feel real, practical and sustainable.
Chris Kerwin
Leadership & Team Development
Chris brings 25 years of senior leadership experience across media and digital transformation. He’s led teams through change, built high-performing cultures and now coaches leaders and leadership teams to do the same.
Tony Lamb
Presenting for Data Professionals
Tony has 25 years of experience in data strategy and product leadership. He specialises in helping technical experts communicate insight in a way people understand and act on.
