With Sprint Coaching, we want to inspire, energise and challenge the current thinking. Whether you need to overcome problems, build your confidence or refine your sales skills, monthly one-to-one 60 minute sessions drive personal development and better decision making, as well as being very motivational.
As the coaching develops, the team will come together to develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business.
What the coaching could include:
- Using the Sales Competency Framework, we work with each team member to identify their natural strengths and areas for development. These can include:
- Building confidence and increasing motivation levels
- Managing stress and conflict to improve working relationships
- Increasing sales skills and overcoming obstacles
- Enhancing planning and decision-making skills
- Improving personal goal setting – and faster achievement of goals
We run these Sprint Coaching sessions, 1-2-1 for an hour, over blocks of time, with agreed actions following each session to be practised before the next one.
