What we offer

Management Coaching

We’ll work with you to develop your leadership skills. A programme will usually consist of six one-to-one sessions over a period of 6 months.

Coaching Clinics

Our coaching clinics are intended as a follow up for anyone who has attended our sales and management training workshops. The coaching sessions form part of a longer term programme to drive real change in your sales and management techniques.

Workplace Wellbeing

Our qualified yoga teacher and life coach will work with you to help you flourish in the workplace.

Areas covered include:

  • Resilience
  • Stress management
  • Procrastination
  • Yoga, breathing and meditation

These workshops typically run for 1-2 hours for 5-20 people or as one-to-one sessions.

Do you suffer from nerves when presenting? We also offer intensive 1-2-1 presentation coaching designed to quickly improve the way you present.
