Who we are
Everyone at Nua Training is an expert in their field, highly experienced media professionals who have held senior leadership roles in media companies such as the BBC, Capital Radio, LinkedIn and AOL.
Nua Training was set up by Mary, following a successful 20-year career in media sales, which included 14 years at BBC Worldwide.
Mary’s experience of recruiting and building media sales teams across disciplines has given her a real understanding of the challenges managers face when working to create outstanding sales teams.
The company has been built around Mary’s desire to help people develop their media careers and working with clients to help grow their business.
Having held director-level roles at LinkedIn, Yahoo and Advertising.com, Colin has a wealth of knowledge and experience of digital media sales. As well as being an inspiring digital media trainer, he is also a growth coach for successful digital media start-ups.
Lizzie specialises in running workshops focused on creativity, storytelling and generating great ideas. Lizzie’s clients include P&G, Unilever, DDB and Havas. Previously Lizzie held marketing director roles at Orange, Discovery TV and Capital Radio.
Fiona specialises in negotiation, sales and management. Following a background in digital media and radio, Fiona has spent the last 13 years providing training to leading media agency groups such as PHD, OMD and Dentsu, as well as a wide range of media owners in Australia.
Jill is our wellness expert. She is a qualified yoga teacher and coach (Associate for Coaching) and is passionate about creating the conditions for our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to blossom and thrive – every single day!
